1. HD Lase Devices (Home Wellness)

A. Warranty Coverage (1 Year)

  • Your HD Lase device comes with a 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty covering technical defects and internal malfunctions.
  • What is Covered: Laser diode failure, battery issues, and charging port defects.
  • What is NOT Covered: Physical damage (drops/cracks), water damage, or wear and tear on accessories (like the intra-oral tips).

B. Returns & Hygiene Policy

  • Due to the medical nature of the device (oral use), we cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Defective on Arrival: If you receive a defective unit, we will provide a Free Replacement immediately. Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery with a video proof.

2. KJO Academy (Online Courses)

A. The "Learning Guarantee"

  • We want you to be confident in your education. We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on our recorded courses, provided you have viewed less than 20% of the course content.
  • To request a refund, email our support team. Once the refund is processed, access to the course will be revoked.

3. Physical Books

  • Replacements: We do not offer refunds on books, but we will happily replace your copy if it arrives damaged, torn, or with printing errors. Please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
