1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Public Holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

• Carriers: BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC.
• Cost: We offer Free Shipping on all HD Lase Devices and Book pre-orders across India.
• Timeline: 3-7 business days depending on your location.

3. International Shipping (Global)

• We ship to over 200+ countries including the USA, UK, UAE, and Australia.
• Carriers: DHL Express / FedEx.
• Duties & Taxes: Please note that for international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

• All HD Lase Devices are insured during transit.
• If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo/video of the box before opening it and email us immediately at lasertherapyacademy@gmail.com
